ABOUT US
JM Builders and Development Corporation is a multi-disciplinary ARCHITECTURE & INTERIOR DESIGN CONSULTANCY, PROJECT MANAGEMENT & BUILDER’S company with a strong desire and vision to create an industry-leading organization that would push the boundaries of the local design consultancy & construction scene providing structural, architectural & interior constructions, project management & construction.
Currently, our business operations are based in the Philippines focusing on residential, commercial and hospitality sectors. We are also looking for opportunities to expand our business into the region and eventually establish our presence through establishing mutually beneficial partnerships with reputable local companies.
On 2008, our founder (Architect Jiffer Minguillo), was personally hired to work in Singapore with one of the leading Architectural Design Company, where he gained his diversified & extensive experience as a Senior Architectural Designer & Project Manager for residential, commercials, office and Airport terminals. Among the prestigious projects that he worked on, were the renovation of the Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 1&2, SAP Asia Pacific HQ office @ Singapore, Omega Watch & Mauboussin shops @ Singapore and Skies Condominium @ Vantage Bay Malaysia.
On June 2017, our founder (Architect Jiffer Minguillo), decided to move back to the Philippines to pursue the Architectural Design and Construction for residential, commercial and hospitality sectors. With his extensive experience as Senior Architectural Designer and Project Manager for 9 years in Singapore, now he has built his own start-up construction company, as JM Builders and Development Corporation. In vision, that he desires to share to our countrymen a better- internationally acclaim designs and construction with high quality and innovative service but customized with the clients’ need.
